A 50% deposit is required to secure every booking. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit paid.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your appointment time may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the day's bookings.
If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, your deposit will be forfeited. Any future booking will need to be prepaid in full before it is confirmed.
